I am 41 and a mama of a 13 and a 4 year old. I love to read, run and work out.
An introvert at heart I thrive most on time spent alone and i agonise about my conflicting feelings of parenting, my struggles with self esteem and body image, my need for self sufficiency in all things.
I am a stickler for routine and do not fare well with too much uncertainty and change.
Above all I love to reflect and I hope this blog can be the medium for my tendency to reflect and give an outlet to my internal conversations.
